I may need to give up smoking

Smoking is harmful to your health.

Obviously, it's true, and also it's not too late to come to realize this.

I cannot remember when i started to smoke, but i can remember those chucky children who smoked with me, pretty naive guys doing pretty stupid thing. i never expected a simple behavior copy may influent my next 10 years' life, with losing energy and creativity, i knew it's bad 10 years ago, but i still didn't come to know how bad it is till 10 years later.

It's quite tough, but i'm on it.
